Get an email when a new Caucasian donor joins

Caucasian donors are added to the egg donor database once they've been accepted into our program, and frozen eggs join the Frozen Egg Bank as each donor completes her retrieval. If you are waiting on a particular combination of heritage, hair color and eye color, a saved search does the checking for you and sends an email when a new profile fits, so there is no need to log in every day.

1. Open the egg donor database and choose White / Caucasian under Ethnicity in the filters on the left, then add anything else that matters to you, such as eye color, height or education. To narrow by a specific background, such as Italian, Irish, Dutch, Swedish or Russian, click More filters and use the Heritage filter, which also works on its own.

2. Click Save this search at the top right, and the search is named and saved for you automatically.

3. We email you when a new donor matching your search is added, so you can review her profile right away.

What Caucasian and European egg donors does Donor Nexus have available?

Our database holds more than 500 donor profiles across all ethnicities, and Caucasian donors make up one of the largest groups. Many have mixed European heritage, and you can find donors of Irish, Italian, German, French, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, Dutch, Norwegian and many other European backgrounds. Availability changes as new donors join and matches are made, so the egg donor database is the most accurate place to see who is currently available, or our intended parent team can run a search on your behalf. Donors choose their own ethnicity and describe their heritage in their own words, so our Caucasian donors come from a range of backgrounds that reach beyond Europe, and the heritage listed on each profile is the clearest guide to a donor's family roots.

Each detailed egg donor profile lists the donor's maternal and paternal heritage, her education, the languages she speaks, and whether she offers non-identified, identified, or Open ID donation, and our donor egg programs overview compares fresh and frozen side by side.

How do I search for a specific European heritage?

Open More filters in the egg donor database and type the heritage into the Heritage box. Donors describe their background in their own words, so check every spelling that appears, such as Italian and Italy or Irish and Ireland. You can check several heritages in the same search, and a donor who lists more than one will appear under each of them. We also have search tips for Italian egg donors, Irish egg donors, Dutch egg donors, Swedish egg donors and Russian egg donors on their own pages.

Can I choose a Caucasian donor by eye or hair color?

Alongside ethnicity and heritage, the database has filters for natural hair color and eye color, so you can narrow your search to a blonde donor with blue or green eyes, for example, or a brunette with brown eyes. Each profile also lists height and education, so you can compare donors side by side before you register for a match.

How does matching with a Caucasian donor work?

Fresh Matching Program

In a fresh cycle you are matched one-to-one with a donor, she travels to your IVF clinic for monitoring and retrieval, and you receive every viable egg from that retrieval. Donor Nexus fresh cycles average 28.9 eggs retrieved and 22.6 mature eggs. Many families choose fresh when they hope to create enough embryos for a future sibling. A fresh cycle usually takes four to six months from match to retrieval, with most of that time spent on donor screening.

Frozen Egg Bank

Frozen Caucasian donor eggs are available in cohorts of six, and they can be shipped to your clinic anywhere in the United States. Eggs are retrieved, vitrified, and stored at a single Southern California site and shipped once, directly to your clinic. Frozen eggs usually reach your clinic within four to six weeks of paperwork and payment, and each cohort comes with the blastocyst guarantee described on the Frozen Egg Bank page.

Are your donors of European heritage located in Europe?

When we describe donors as European, we mean donors of European heritage, not donors recruited through clinics or egg banks based in Europe. Our Caucasian donors live in different parts of the United States and abroad, and the location is shown on each profile. The donor's location doesn't limit your options. Fresh donors travel to your clinic wherever they live, and their travel expenses are included in the program pricing, while frozen eggs ship directly to clinics throughout the United States. International shipping and donor travel are now limited by regulations in many countries, so most of our international intended parents choose to travel to a U.S. clinic for treatment, and their clinic can walk them through the treatment timeline so they can plan the visit. If you are a woman of European descent between 19 and 30 and donating eggs is something you have been weighing, our donor team can explain what the process involves before you apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

Below are common questions we receive regarding Caucasian egg donors. For more detailed information about our programs, pricing, and the donor egg process from start to finish, visit our Donor Egg Programs page.

Caucasian donors are one of the largest groups in the Donor Nexus egg donor database, across both the Fresh Matching Program and the Frozen Egg Bank. Availability changes as new donors join and matches are made, so register for free to see who is currently available, or save a search to be emailed when a new donor who fits your criteria joins.

Our Caucasian donors come from a wide range of European backgrounds, including Irish, Italian, German, Dutch, French, Portuguese, Russian and Ukrainian, as well as Norwegian and other Scandinavian heritages, and many list more than one. Each profile shows the donor's maternal and paternal heritage, and the Heritage filter under More filters lets you search for a specific background, so you can find a donor whose heritage aligns with your own.

Through the Frozen Egg Bank, frozen Caucasian donor eggs are available in cohorts of six eggs and ship directly to IVF clinics throughout the United States, usually arriving within four to six weeks of paperwork and payment. Because international shipping is now limited by regulations in many countries, most of our international intended parents choose to travel to a U.S. clinic for treatment, and that clinic can explain the treatment timeline so you can plan your trip.

Donors in the Fresh Matching Program travel to your fertility clinic for the cycle and retrieval wherever they live, and each donor's travel expenses are included in the program pricing. You don't need to change doctors to work with a Donor Nexus donor.

It depends on the program you choose and, for a fresh match, on the compensation your donor sets for herself. Fresh Matching Program fees start at $29,600, and our Core, Select and Signature budget tiers show how the total changes as donor compensation goes up. A Frozen Egg Bank cohort of six eggs ranges from $19,500 to $29,500, and you'll get a detailed estimate before you confirm a match. Donor Embryo Program fees are $9,400, and you can contact our team for a full breakdown of fees.

The egg donor database has filters for natural hair color and eye color alongside ethnicity and heritage, so you can search for a blonde donor with blue eyes, a brunette with green eyes, or any other combination. Each profile also lists height and education.

Run a search in the egg donor database with White / Caucasian selected under Ethnicity, plus any heritage, hair color or eye color filters you want, then click Save this search at the top right. From then on, we email you whenever a new donor who matches is added, and the same saved-search emails are available when you browse the Donor Embryo Program.
