At Donor Nexus, we're happy to provide resources for both intended parents and egg donors on our website, our app, and our database; but in doing so, we have to cover a few of the basics to ensure that we're all on the same page.

SMS/Text Messaging TermsDonor Nexus may send SMS/text messages to users who have opted in to receive communications related to egg donation services, intended parent inquiries, and appointment or case updates. By opting in to receive text messages from Donor Nexus, you agree to the following:

• Program Name: Donor Nexus SMS Notifications

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and inquiries.

• Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

• Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message.

• Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at info@donornexus.com or (949) 433-5635.

• Supported Carriers: Major US carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

• Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

• By using our services and providing your mobile number, you acknowledge and agree to these SMS terms.

Our goal is to make your experience with our Services and our Content as positive as possible by providing information for anyone to access for free. However, it is important to understand that any information accessed on our website, app, or database is not to be taken as medical advice. • At Donor Nexus we prioritize the privacy and protection of our egg donors and Intended Parents. For this reason, we ask that you agree to not use internet resources including social media or professional websites to research the identity of or contact any egg donor on our website. By using our services, you are agreeing to not research or contact egg donors and in the case that contact is made, Donor Nexus has the right not to provide services to you as the Intended Parent.

• Donor Nexus has the right to refuse service and/or end business with anyone who is disrespectful, shows disruptive behavior, or creates an unsafe or hostile environment for any employee(s) at Donor Nexus and/or any of their affiliates.

• Donor Nexus' pricing, policies, and procedures can change at no notice.

• Results listed on egg donor profiles in the Donor Nexus Database may be incomplete or not up-to-date. The results are intended to give an indication of the donor's previous performance, but we recommend all medical records be reviewed by your IVF physician.
