Egg Donation Locations
Donor Nexus is an egg donation agency and FDA-registered frozen egg bank based in Newport Beach, California, working with intended parents and egg donors across the United States and around the world. Wherever you live, you keep your own IVF clinic and can choose from more than 500 donor profiles, and our team has been coordinating cycles like yours since 2012.
How egg donation works wherever you live
Where you live does not limit which donor you can choose. Both our fresh and frozen programs are set up to work with any licensed IVF clinic in the U.S. that accepts outside donor eggs, so most families never need to change doctors, and a dedicated Donor Nexus case manager coordinates every step for intended parents and donors alike.
Fresh donor matching at your clinic
In the Fresh Matching Program you are matched one-to-one with a donor, and she travels to your IVF clinic for monitoring and retrieval while Donor Nexus arranges and covers her travel. You receive every viable egg from that retrieval, and our fresh cycles average 28.9 eggs retrieved and 22.6 mature eggs. Most fresh cycles take four to six months from match to retrieval, with most of that time spent on donor screening.
Frozen donor eggs shipped to your clinic
Eggs from our Frozen Egg Bank come in cohorts of six and ship from our Southern California site directly to your clinic in a Cryoport dry shipper with continuous temperature monitoring. Most cohorts arrive within four to six weeks of paperwork and payment.
For egg donors in any state
Women ages 19 to 30 can apply online from anywhere in the U.S., and screening labs and ultrasounds take place at a provider near you. Donor Nexus covers travel, lodging and a companion's costs for your retrieval, whether it takes place at the intended parents' clinic or at our partner site in Newport Beach. You can read more about how to become an egg donor before you apply.
